  • The subscription requires a 12-month minimum commitment and continues month-to-month after that. You can cancel anytime after the initial 12 months. If you cancel, you don't keep the site access.

  • You'll need to sign a new 12-month contract to restart service.

  • You'll owe the full project cost ($3500) minus what you've already paid. We focus on long-term client relationships and expect the same commitment from our clients.

  • All invoices have a 7-day grace period. After that, a $35 late fee applies. Multiple overdue payments can result in contract cancellation, and you'd be responsible for the full project cost. We're flexible with communication, but non-responsive clients risk service termination.

  • We send invoices through HoneyBook with secure payment links. Subscriptions are paid by credit or debit card (all major cards accepted). Lump sum projects use ACH bank transfers to reduce fees. We don't accept checks or money orders.

  • The $100 per extra page is a one-time fee, not recurring. Need 3 extra pages? That's $300 total, not $300 per month.

  • If we can't design something you're 100% happy with before we start building, we'll refund your initial payment. Once we begin building your site, refunds are at our discretion only.

  • Yes, subscriptions continue indefinitely with monthly payments. We typically need 2-3 years to match what we'd make on a lump sum project, so we hope clients stay 5+ years when the site generates more value than the monthly cost.

  • No buyout option is available. We rely on recurring income to provide better service and support than other agencies. Buyouts would force us to constantly sell new projects instead of focusing on client care.

  • Yes! We offer a $55/month add-on for unlimited edits and support with a 12-month minimum commitment. No on/off switching - if you end it and want to restart, you'll need a new 12-month commitment.

  • Subscription costs more long-term but offers manageable monthly payments plus ongoing service. Lump sum saves money overall since you pay for design/development upfront. Choose based on your cash flow and whether you need ongoing monthly service.

  • Partially. We handle on-page SEO like fast load times, accessibility, meta tags, Google Search Console, and sitemaps.

  • No, e-commerce setup requires significantly more work than regular business sites, making it unfeasible at the $175/month subscription rate.

  • Yes! We won’t keep hold of your domain.
